Meet Danielle

After more than a decade of building engineering teams at companies like Square, Waymo, and Lyft, Danielle noticed talented women engineers consistently battling unconscious bias, down leveling and leaving money on the table. Not because they weren't qualified, but because they lacked the support to navigate tough conversations.

Danielle has spent the last few years deeply embedded in women’s technical communities, learning from and building networks from the ground up. This led her to create something different: a boutique search firm focused on strategic connections and niche coaching to help women engineers land the right role and get the career they want.
